- Cup and drinking cup lid are top-rack dishwasher safe.
- Hand-wash blender lid and blades.
- Unplug base and wipe base clean with damp, lint-free cloth.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping usually takes: 7–10 business days for most destinations
Return:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- original packaging.
- Please contact us at support@blendorra.com before sending your item back. We'll provide you with the return instructions.

At Blendorra, we stand behind the quality of our products. All portable blenders are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical or mechanical failures under normal usage
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Water damage to the motor base or battery compartment
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@blendorra.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
We are committed to providing quick, fair solutions — including replacement or refund when eligible.
